Nina Roza

Mihail, a Bulgarian-born art expert who emigrated to Canada with his daughter Roza nearly 30 years ago, is commissioned to authenticate the paintings of Nina, an eight-year-old Bulgarian girl whose artwork has gone viral. The assignment takes him back to his homeland for the first time in decades, forcing him to confront painful memories and unresolved questions about his past. As the journey unfolds, Mihail reconsiders the cost of migration, the meaning of belonging, and how his choices have shaped his relationship with his daughter.
